Any and all individuals dealing with PollPe are subject to the following Terms and Conditions hereinafter also referred to as general user conditions. While Visiting PollPe website/ app you undertake to abide and agree to be bound by the privacy policy of the company and these general user conditions set by Abhiman Innovations Pvt. Ltd., which it shall be free to modify at any time without informing you of such changes. Customer’s Responsibilities and Obligations

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Email, Mobile Number for coins update and DeviceID for uniquely identify the device, Installed package information for provide incent offers. 1. Provide True Details

Provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the free trial request, registration, and onboarding process for using the Service.

Ensure that the Authorised Users use the Services in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement and the Customer shall be responsible for any Authorised User’s breach of this agreement.

Ensure that its network, devices, and systems comply with the relevant specifications provided by the Company from time to time.

5. Account Security

Maintaining the security of your account and password.

6. Take responsibility for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account including Authorized Users and Users leaving Feedback.

7. You must not modify, adapt, copy, clone, or hack the Service.

8. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written permission by the Company.

Rewards for Responses

The Company may offer one or more rewards programs (“Rewards Programs“) under which you may have the opportunity to earn coins (in the PollPe program, such coins are called PollPe Coins), which are redeemable for rewards ("Rewards").

1. As a reward for responding to a Poll, PollPe may provide the Member with coins (hereinafter referred to as "coins") that may be redeemed for a free gift. The amount of coins a Member can earn varies by Poll & tasks are to be determined solely by PollPe.
2. PollPe shall decide on the free gift, and reserves the right to replace the free gift with another without prior notice. PollPe will also determine the method of the provision of the free gift and the specific promotional period in which the free gift is available for each Poll and will notify the Member of the same.
3. PollPe will send the free gift obtained in exchange for coins to the Member’s, e-mail address, or to the Member’s account at a third party’s settlement service (e.g., Paytm) that the Member has registered with PollPe. If the free gift is not delivered due to a flaw or mistake in the registration information, PollPe shall not resend or reissue the free gift nor will the Member’s coins be replaced.
4. If a free gift has not been delivered to a Member within a reasonable time from the date of the request for redemption of coins ("Request") the Member shall notify PollPe at [email protected]
5. PollPe also shall not be liable for any transaction failures that are the result of incorrect or inaccurate registered account information or address that is required for providing the free gift.
6. PollPe reserves the right to cancel/forfeit coins if we have reason to believe that Data provided by the Member is false or inaccurate, or if the Member commits any other prohibited act(s) described.
7. PollPe reserves the right to cancel/forfeit coins if the Member does not sign in for a period of 365 days or more.

Support and Hosting ( Applicable for customers, not participants )

1. In accordance with the plans you subscribe to, technical support is only provided via email and/or phone.
2. You understand that the Company uses third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Service. The company reserves the right to change its third-party vendors without notice.

Application Updates and Maintenance

1. The Company reserves the right, from time to time, to modify, update or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Service with or without notice. Such updates may include rolling out new features, Improvements, regular maintenance, correcting errors, and/or removing features.
2. From time to time, Company will perform scheduled maintenance to ensure systems are optimum and any modifications are rolled out. The Service in part or in full may not be available during these times. The Company will take reasonable care to ensure the scheduled maintenance does not disrupt access to Service to whatever extent possible.

You expressly understand and agree that the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any other matter relating to the service.
4. The terms in this section will be applicable to you whether or not Company, its representatives, Employees, Partners, or Resellers have advised of any Services, Features, or Offerings by the Company.
